PCORI Fee Deadline Approaches

As a reminder, July 31, 2016, is the deadline for paying the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Fee for plan years ending on any date in 2015.

For plan years ending between Jan. 1, 2015, and Sept. 30, 2015, the fee is $2.08 per average number of covered lives.

For plan years ending between Oct.1, 2015, and Dec. 31, 2015, the fee is $2.17 per average number of covered lives.
