PCORI Fee Deadline Approaches

As a reminder, July 31, 2018, is the deadline for paying the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Fee for plan years ending on any date in 2017 and filing Form 720.

For plan years ending between Jan. 1, 2017, and Sept. 30, 2017, the fee is $2.26 per average number of covered lives.

For plan years ending between Oct. 1, 2017, and Dec. 31, 2017, the fee is $2.39 per average number of covered lives.
